The best beef in the world — USDA Prime, True Japanese Wagyu, and Black Angus, wet- and dry-aged and bone-in — cooked over smoking white oak by our Grill Master. The interaction between great meat and a live fire has defined our past and is at the heart of everything we do.

GOLD Academy is the South Bay's premier year-round flag football club and development program, providing elite skill development, competitive opportunities, and high-level instruction from professional coaches.

​Our Club Teams compete in top local, regional, and national events against some of the best competition in the country. Depending on participation, talent depth, and coaching availability, GOLD may field multiple Club Teams within an age division, creating additional opportunities for athletes to compete and develop at the appropriate level.
