A booth built by parents
We are a loose, loyal crew of Mira Costa football parents who show up every fall to do one thing well: feed Manhattan Beach and fund our kids. There's no payroll, no storefront, and no off-season committee. There's a grill, a stack of tri-tip, a pile of fresh rolls, and a rotating shift of moms and dads who'd rather be working the line than sitting in the stands.
Over the years the booth has become one of the most recognizable stops at the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair. People plan their Saturday around it. The line wraps the corner by noon. And every dollar that crosses the counter goes straight back to the programs that built it.

Come by and meet the 2026 Dream Team of Parents rocking the Tri-Tip booth and driving what will be the biggest year ever.
If you see any of the team wearing the shirts and aprons, and probably look like they're about to fall asleep, give them a high five and a shot of espresso because they have been up since 4 am rocking the booth, led by Steve Jacobson and John Sager!

Kids First
The kids are why we do what we do. This is their time to rock, so we have always asked ourselves what we can do to help them excel on the field and show them what it takes to be selfless so others can rock. This is our mission: to give our boys' and girls' football teams what they need to be the best athletes and role models of what it takes to sacrifice for the team. The Un-Stable is here, so the kids get to play football while learning the life lessons of what team sports mean.
Show Up
Rain, wind, heat, diving dirt- the Boosters show up and will be there to do what we can to support our boys' and girls' football teams. But we also promise you this. We will have fun doing it!
So come be a part of our group. All we ask is that you commit, wear a big smile, and be ready to rock!
One Community
Girls' and Boys' football are coming together to support and honor our first responders and educators, but they also represent our entire community. We are one community, and we are here to support each other.
